Terms and Conditions of Buprenorphine Injectable service at Woody Point Pharmacy

• The pharmacy must have received the prescription from the prescriber a minimum of THREE business days prior to the appointment being made

• The client/patient must pay for the medication prior to administration.

  • $7.30 for concession card holders

  • $30.00 for non-concession card holders (with medicare card)

• The client must make an appointment via the provided booking engine available on this website

• The client must be in a presentable state free from signs of toxicity of any form

• The client agrees to let one of our friendly team know they are here for their buphrenorphine administration and wait where directed until administration
